3.2 Pricing & Payment Methods

  • Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

  • In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

4.2 Shipping & Delivery Estimates

  • UK Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days (free)

  • International Shipping: Available, with estimated delivery times and costs shown at checkout.

4.3 Customs, VAT & Import Duties

Buyers outside the UK are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.

4.4 Delivery Failures

We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Redelivery fees may apply if the package is returned.


5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original condition.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we are at fault.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. A refund or replacement will be offered where applicable.
