Ordering & Shipping

When will my order arrive?

We aim to deliver all orders within 5–10 business days. While the majority of parcels arrive on time, occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier disruptions, or peak demand periods.

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a tracking link.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. To track your order, simply visit our Track My Order page and enter your email and order number.

Please note: tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to become visible after dispatch.

What if my order is late or missing?

If your order hasn’t arrived within three business days past the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer service at info@evelior.com. We will investigate the issue with our logistics partner and keep you informed every step of the way.

Why am I missing items from my order?

Orders with multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels for efficiency. Items shipped separately typically arrive within 2–3 business days of each other. If anything remains missing beyond that, please contact us.

How much is shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. No hidden fees.


Returns & Refunds

Can I return my purchase if I change my mind?

Yes. You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it, provided that:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

  • You have contacted us at info@evelior.com to obtain a return authorization and instructions

What if my product is damaged or defective?

We apologise for the inconvenience. If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send an email to info@evelior.com along with clear photos or videos of the issue. We will offer you a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Due to our fast processing times, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they’ve been confirmed. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.

Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?

For orders shipped outside the EU or UK, local customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are determined by your country’s customs agency and are the customer’s responsibility.
