Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Evelior, we want every customer to feel confident about their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Products purchased as part of a bundle or set must be returned in full.

  • Items marked as final sale, including those purchased during promotions or clearance events, are non-returnable unless defective.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may be non-returnable. This will be clearly stated on the product page.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law remain unaffected.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email info@evelior.com with the subject line “Return Request”, and include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return

  • Photos or videos (if applicable, e.g. in case of damage)

Once reviewed, our team will issue a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and provide return instructions.

Important: Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed or refunded.


3. Exchanges

We offer replacements for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.

To request an exchange, contact us at info@evelior.com. After we inspect the returned item and verify eligibility, we’ll ship a replacement at no additional charge.


4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and approved:

  • You’ll be notified by email.

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.

  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to reflect in your account.


5. Missing or Delayed Refunds

If your refund is delayed:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your payment provider—processing times vary.

  3. If no refund appears after 30 days, please contact us at info@evelior.com and we will assist you.


6. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery. Contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Name of the affected product

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

Once verified, we will either issue a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs if applicable.


7. Order Changes & Cancellations

Due to our streamlined order process, modifications and cancellations are not guaranteed once an order is confirmed.

If you notice an error (e.g., wrong shipping address), contact us immediately. We will attempt to assist if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Evelior is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.


8. Return Shipping Instructions

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error by Evelior.

For returns valued over £75, we strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance. Evelior cannot accept responsibility for lost or untracked return shipments.


9. How to Return an Item

Please ensure:

  • Items are returned in original condition with labels and packaging intact

  • A tracking number is obtained

  • You’ve received a valid Return Authorisation Number

Once we’ve received and approved your return, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
