Delivery Information

We currently offer free shipping to the following countries:

Order Confirmation

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This means we have registered your order in our system and have begun processing it.

Tracking Your Order

You will receive your tracking code by email within 24 hours of your package leaving our warehouse.

Delivery Time

Below is the average delivery time for all our packages:

If the order is placed before 12:00 PM (GMT+01:00), Central European Time (Berlin), it will be processed the same day:

  • Processing time: 1–2 days (Mon–Fri)

  • Delivery time: 2–4 days (Mon–Fri)

Shipping costs We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered to your door 100% free of charge. There is also no minimum order quantity.

Late Orders

If the maximum order processing and shipping time has passed and your order still hasn't arrived, don't panic. Allow up to two additional days, and remember to use your tracking code. If your package still hasn't arrived, please contact us with your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Did you receive your package, but it's damaged or the items are wrong (e.g., the wrong size or color)? No problem! Take photos of the issue, briefly explain what's wrong, and contact us with your order number.
