At Evelior, we strive to process and deliver your orders promptly and reliably. Below is an overview of how we handle order processing, estimated shipping timelines, and tracking details.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes your tracking information.


2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders—no minimum spend required.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • United Kingdom

    • Processing: 1–3 business days

    • Delivery: 5–10 business days

  • International Orders

    • Processing and transit times may vary based on destination. Delivery estimates will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, customs checks, or external logistics delays.


3. Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to local import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees. These costs are determined by the destination country’s regulations and are not included in our pricing.

Evelior is not responsible for additional charges or customs-related delays. For specific information, please consult your local customs authority.


4. Order Tracking

To check the current status of your order:

  1. Visit our Order Tracking Page.

  2. Enter your order number and email address.

  3. Click "Track My Order" to view your latest shipping updates.

Tracking data may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.

If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days of receiving your shipment confirmation, please contact us at info@evelior.com so we can investigate and assist you further.


5. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is:

  • Unused and in original condition, and

  • Returned in its original packaging.

To begin a return, please contact our support team at info@evelior.com. Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is incorrect or defective.

6. Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages

If your package is damaged during transit, arrives incomplete, or appears to be lost or stolen, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include photos of the item and packaging (if damaged).

  • Provide your order number and shipping confirmation email.

We will work with our logistics partners to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Shipping Protection (Optional Add-On)

Customers may add Shipping Protection at checkout. This service allows for:

  • Faster resolution of lost, stolen, or damaged orders.

  • One-time replacement at no additional cost once the claim is approved.

To file a claim:

  • Email info@evelior.com.

  • Submit your claim with supporting details.

  • Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement promptly.

Note:
Shipping Protection must be added at the time of purchase. Replacement orders are issued only after a claim is approved.
