My order has been delayed. What happens now?

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, there can sometimes be delays in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the following link: Shipment tracking

If you have not received your order 3 days after the expected delivery time, please contact us.

I am missing some products in my order. How is that possible?

We co-operate with different suppliers and therefore the products may be shipped separately. If any of the items in your order are missing, you will usually receive them within 2-3 days.

What happens if my parcel has not arrived?

If your parcel is lost in transit, please note that all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the expected delivery date. In such cases, we will cover the cost of sending a replacement order to you.

However, before we do this, we may request assistance from you, for example to confirm that the delivery address is correct and to contact your local post office.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible if the tracking information shows that the order has been delivered but you claim that you have not received it. In such cases, replacement orders will only be dispatched at your expense.
